    304 stainless steel arm features a unique design that the top and side nozzles aligned in a cross pattern, preventing interference and ensuring both sides achieve maximum water pressure.

    The dual pipelines can save more than 2/3 carwash chemical liquids than single pipeline car washing machines. The chemical pipeline can auto flash itself to prevent any chemical residules, and prolong service life.

    Starting the motor directly can lead to a power surge, with the current reaching up to 7 to 8 times the normal rate. This puts extra electrical stress on the motor and generates excessive heat, shortening its lifespan and leading to energy waste. CBK employs a frequency converter to allow the motor to start at zero speed and zero voltage, enabling a smooth acceleration.

    Using traditional methods can cause severe vibration in the motor, shaft, or gears of connected mechanical parts. These vibrations can worsen mechanical wear and tear, ultimately reducing the lifespan of both mechanical components and the motor.

    CBK Carwash adopts Customized Germany TBT high-pressure plunger pump. It is coupling with a 15KW 6-Pole motor by direct-drive technology. This particular method will largely reduce the energy loss during transmission and keep the motor and pump functioning in a stable, safe, efficient and maintenance-free way.

    The water pressure nozzles can achieve pressures up to 100 bars, and the robotic arm is capable of washing the vehicle with consistent speed and pressure. As a result, a better cleaning effect.

    CBK Carwash adopts water and electricity separation technology to completely separate distribution box from moving components within washing bay.

    This technology ensures safety and reduces the possibilities of failures by intelligent electronic collision avoidance system. Utilizing proximity switch and servo motor to ensure moving body walking stably and safely in rails.
